OPEN BOARD & COMMITTEE SEATS

  • Board: Co-President

    Leads MAEVE Mt. Washington, along with the other Co-President, in very close working proximity.
    The role of the President is to support every Board Member, Committee Chair, and Member. Daily engagement is needed. We wear all the hats!

  • Board: VP of Social Impact

    Vital role in leading the Social Impact Committee that brings together parents & kids to give back to our community in simple, meaningful ways…like donation drives, volunteering, and mutual aid for local families and orgs. Solidarity not Charity!

  • Board: Co-VP of Admin

    Keep us organized!
    Looking for a detail-oriented spreadsheet lover to keep our online communities safe & running. This person will also assist in updating membership rolls & website access. Technological comfort is a must and near-daily microtasks are required.

  • Board: Co-VP of Admin

    Calling Tech-Savvy Calendar Lovers! This Admin will work with the President, VPs of Programming, and Social Media to ensure the Google Calendar and Website Events pages are updated regularly. Writing skills a plus, attention to detail a must!

  • Board: Co-VP of Programming

    Lead Events Planning and oversee annual planning and event Chairs, working closely with President, Admin, and Social Media. Requires weekly engagement and fantastic communication skills.

  • Board: Co-Secretary

    Attends board meetings and takes diligent notes. Must be available for in-person or zoom meetings and trade off with other Co-Secretary every other month.

  • Board: VP of Fundraising

    Plan chapter fundraising opportunities, engage with local businesses for partnerships, and work closely with President and Treasurers. Must be comfortable with outreach requests. Oversees all fundraising efforts chaired by members.

  • MAEVE Learns & Education Chair

    Facilitate MAEVE Learns events by supporting us in brainstorming ideas for educational lectures and conversations, sourcing speakers on a variety of topics relevant to the MAEVE community, and co-hosting Learns events.

  • Maternal Wellness Chair

    Lead monthly Maternal Wellness Circles, a peer-led safe space to sit with your mama peers, listen and share. Keep up postpartum resources lists for our website. Engage with and invite chapter members in professional wellness roles to guest lead.
