Membership Terms By proceeding with the MAEVE Corporation online application, you agree to abide by the MAEVE Corporation’s Code of Conduct; Solicitation, Private Benefit, Private Inurement, and Self-Dealing Policies; Political Action Policy and Guidance; and any MAEVE Corporation or Chapter Bylaws. You acknowledge that this application acts as a liability release and waiver. You also acknowledge that you are a voluntary member of the local chapter/s of MAEVE. By completing and electronically signing, you give permission for yourself and any family member to attend and participate in any local or online MAEVE chapter or MAEVE Corporation events, activities, or programming. You, the member, understand and acknowledge that the release discharges MAEVE Corporation, any local MAEVE Chapter, any MAEVE officers or members, MAEVE volunteers or representatives, paid or un-paid, affiliates and partners, and/or providers of any event, activity, or program of any event activity, or program from any liability or claim for any damages to person or property, accident, illness or injury that may result from you, your family’s, or any minor under your care’s voluntary participation. By agreeing to join MAEVE Corporation or any of its chapters, you agree to allow the MAEVE Corporation to connect you electronically with others who have joined MAEVE Corporation or its chapters, by sharing with them your email address on file. This waiver shall remain in effect for each year you belong to MAEVE Corporation or its Chapters. In addition, the MAEVE Corporation shall, at its own discretion, reserve the right to revoke the membership or supporter status of anyone at will.
